My RES turtle taking antibiotic for 6 days and still have mucus?

is it normal for my 2 inch RES turtle to still have mucus (rarely) and even sneeze after 6 days of antibiotics ? only remaining is one day , now she can't submerge but not lopsided , and also very lethargic ,so how would I know if she is cured or not , also if maybe I should wait for her to recover ? , I currently dry docking her in heated box. can any one tell me if that is the recovery path or she is still sick ?! any one who had a RES with RI before ?
