About a kitten.........?

I have a 4 week old kitten and just a few days ago I took it to the vet because she was shaking bad and could barely lift herself up. Well they told me that her sugar was low and she wasn't getting enough nutrition, they give me medicine for her which was going to help her sugar and also told me to start feeding her soft can foods. Its been a couple days and she really has improved but she's still having problems walking correctly. Does anyone know what I should do?
