What could i eat for breakfast that is HEALTHY for me?

You can eat fresh fruit and an omelette, and no, eggs aren't inherently unhealthy for you. There's always breakfast cereal, and there are plenty of healthy ones if you don't want a bowl of sugar, fruit juice, cocoa wheats or malt-o-meal, and there's some really goodn bacon and sausage style products nowdays in the frozen breakfast section at most grocery stores called "Morningstar Farms" which is higher in protein and lower in fats and cholesterol. A muffin, a banana, and some milk, that's pretty simple to buy.
