Frankenstein Mock Trial?

In our English cl we are doing a mock trial based on Frankenstein. I'm the prosecutor and we are prosecuting Victor Frankenstein for negligence, malpractice, and physical and emotional distress. I read the book and watched the movie but I have no idea on how to prove this and I don't know anything about law or the trial process. Can anyone suggest some questions to ask the the witnesses(pretty much almost any character in the book, even if they are dead) or just anything to help me in the trial so I can win this "case"?
