Boy likes girl. girl doesn't.....what to do?!!?

so this guy that i went to high school with (we both go to the same college now) decided to suprise me with valentine gifts. Im a year older than him, so i kinda look at him as a kid. The only thing is that you took the gifts a lil overboard. He got me an oversize bear that cost $39!..a dozen of pink roses, two boxes of chocolate, and a musical card that sings "When a man loves a woman". I told him in the first place not to worry about getting me any gifts but he said that he wanted to. Now things are a little awkward for me. I felt bad for accepting these gifts because i don't like him like that, but then again I really didn't have a choice but to accept them. now i feel like i HAVE to hang out with him when he asks, but i really don't want to because I don't want to lead him on. What do i do!
