Would I have HIV or some other STD?

I had unprotected with a guy I know little about today, very stupid I know, he had a vasectomy years ago so I shouldnt have to worry about getting pregnant right? but I asked him if he was clean before we did it and he said that he was - got tested 5 months ago.... Say he lied about getting tested/being clean, what are the chances I wouldve gotten an STD if he came inside me.... I dont know if it was the aftershock, it was my second time having , because afterward I have felt lightheaded/ ache-y/ tired and a alittle nauseous as well
