What does this mean?

I dreamt that I was crossing a road with a bunch of other people to look at a friends new truck and I saw a white car our of the corner of my eye on my left side and i knew it was going to hit me. So i jumped up and landed on the hood of the car on my back and a woman that was walking with me grabbed my hand when i jumped and after I hit the car I rolled off the side and the car sped off.
