Do you regret having your spouse wih you during giving birth?

My husband has been with me with the birth of all three of our children and I would not have it any other way. If you ask him if he views me differently (which I have asked him) he will say that he does view me differently. He has a higher respect for me with the birth of each child as child birth is not an easy task, it is hard work and it is incredibly painful. It takes a toll on ones body to carry a child for 9 months and to deliver and my husband respects me even more than he did than before we had any children because he has been in the delivery room to witness labor and the birth of our children.
