Why does Cannabis remain so ''evil'' looking for a lot of people?

because the government doesn't want to admit that they have been wrong for over a century. it was only illegal due to racism and continued to be used as propaganda to fuel anger and unity against communism. In fact the government paid for a study to see what if any the bad effects were during the nixon era. and guess whom was in charge of research? anti pot scientist and when the report was complete they had found absolutely NO EVIDENCE of any short or long term effects on humans and was deemed to be legalized due to it not being harmful. when this report was taken to president nixon(mind you he was the one who commissioned it) he read it and deemed the report destroyed since it proved him and everyone else wrong. all in all they don't wanna be wrong after all the money and time spent on it.
