My PS3 keeps overheating what should i do?

my house is quite hot because i don't have AC so my house is about 30 degrees (86F) and i love to play video games but my fan will go into overdrive all the time it didn't use to do that my ps3 got the YLOD one day so i got it refurbished and when i got it back te fan was SUPER loud. 5 minutes into playing a video game my ps3 will display a message saying that the system has become hot and then i shuts itself off what can i do to stop my PS3 from overheating and having a really loud fan?
