Im so stressed! how do i get de-stressed?

ugh me 2. I take a 'mental health day' every so often in the winter where i just do things for me that i love. like i'll go tanning, get my nails done, pedicure, shopping etc. sleep till nooon oooh man i ove it. and it usualyl destresses me for a while. Good luck =]
