Help understanding taxes in economy..... for high school paper due soon?

**THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP OFFERED!!!!**Repubs/Concervs claim cutting taxes grows Economy (Trickle Down Capitalism) in downturns.Why don't We cut enough taxes to provide Single Payer Health Care to all Americans? Doesn't every 1st World Country except U.S. , guarentees Health Care as a Right? (What is the point of any Government that doesn't serve you or your needs? Does it exist to oppress you and your needs? Or do you and I exist ...to serve needs of Government? ) As example: Cuba. Wouldn't CUBAN- STYLE Health Care here be superior then AMER.-STYLE Non-Health Care for the 100 + millions Uninsured Americans. (Surely these Americans would prefere a "Canadian/Europian/Japaneese Style Health Care then Cuban Style"?? Or not??) Are Their Pols smarter/efficent then our Pols? Or are their Gov. more Representitive then Ours? Do their Pols/Gov place higher value on their citizens, then our Repubs/Conserves/Government place on American Citizens? Or is it....just Cl Warfare? EXAMPLE: Why should Capital Elitist support an "expensive to pay" / "Healthy Work Force",then an,"inexpensive to pay"/"Desperately Sick Work Force"? ALSO; Why should i pay a tax that supports a Public School System that my children will not attend because i can afford a Private School for them? Why should i subsidise the Competition my children will face for a decreasing number of high paying jobs in a World Market when they join the work force? Why should i pay any tax that helps anyone other then my own family? Darwin Economics:Only the strong should survive.Helping the economicly weak at any stage only prolongs their agony, and in fact putting them out of their misory now is actually Gods Work and is an act of kindness.
