5 weeks 4 days pregnant but don't feel it?

I am pregnant with my second bambino but I hardly have nausea. I'm tired a lot but the peeing side is not as bad as it was with my first.. I have found out earlier in this pregnancy then my first, could this be why I haven't noticed symptoms yet or is it too early to have them? I am having very slight pain/twinge in my lower right hand side and groin, are these normal? I can't remember anything much from my first pregnancy
