28 weeks pregnant lots of lower back pain! icy hot creams?

The answer is NO on the Icy Hot. The DR told me all those creams are risky because of the chemicals absorbed into your skin and they don't know if they can damage baby or not. Tylenol is the only thing proven to be safe during pregnancy I would stick with that. If it is really bad discuss it with your DR because some back pains are a sign of preterm labor and if it isn't they can tell you what else to use.
